College Bound?

Scholarship

GTC would like to provide a college scholarship each year to a student who demonstrates community leadership.  We are specifically looking for a student who can create ways, ideas and in writing convey to us how we can develop school retention efforts.  Whether the idea is about peer mentoring, or other efforts.  The proposal must be in writing and submitted once funding for the scholarship is in place.  GTC would like to develop other scholarships as well for those students who seem to always miss out on aid, and whose parent(s) make to much for them to get a free lunch, but not enough to buy that same lunch.

GTC Scholarship development ideas also include a scholarship for a student who creates a campaign for the awareness of the cost of college education and idea of college savings.

Check back soon to find submission dates and more details.  We are waiting to fund this scholarship.
